What products do you sell?

We sell keepsakes and decorations for all occasions.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Each order is lovingly handmade.

What are your products made from?

Our products are made from air dry clay. They are handmade and customised to your specification and made in Gloucester, UK.

Will every product look the same?

As each item is handmade to order, sometimes some slight imperfections and differences can occur due to natural occurrences in the clay. However we will always do our best to make sure the final product is a perfect as possible for you!

Are these products toys?

No. These products are not waterproof and considered fragile so we suggest not allowing children to play with them or leaving them near/in or around moisture unless using oils for our diffusers.

Do you personalise products?

Yes - we have a quite a few products that can be personalised, especially around Christmas and for new arrivals.

Orders & delivery

Do you supply big orders for events or weddings?

Yes! We supply lots of large orders for events, weddings & celebrations. Last year we worked closely with a few brides to help with bridesmaids proposals, hen do's and their big day too.

We have also previously worked with The Mum Club Gloucester and the The Mum Club Cheltenham to provide their brunch and coffee clubs with festive gifts!

How long will it take for you to make and send my order?

As these items are handmade to order and we aim to make and send these as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for your order to be created and delivered to you. We'll aim to make and deliver this sooner.

Where do you deliver too?

We only deliver in the UK at the moment, sorry! Within the UK we offer the option of free local delivery within a certain radius. You can check if you qualify for this when you input your postcode at the checkout. if you are just outside of the zone then please contact me as we may be able to arrange an alternative delivery or collection.

What are your delivery rates?

Orders under £25 are £2.50

Orders £25.00 - £75.00 are £4.50

Orders over £75 are Free

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, please be aware there is a minimum spend of £5.00 on all orders.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! If the discount hasn't been listed in our website or Instagram page then it might be that a local club we've teamed up with has something running, so get in touch to find out more.

About the brand

Who are you?

Ralphie & Fin a small, female owned business based in Gloucester, creating handmade keepsakes and decorations for all occasions. Tess, mum of 1 runs R&F daily from her home studio.

What inspired you?

I started off making keepsakes and decorations from air dry clay for our family and friends as gifts or as small details to add to their events. In anticipation of the arrival of our son (Ralph) in 2022 I started to create more and more, especially to remember key moments along the way.

Once our son had arrived, I continued to make gifts for friends and family and started to include my son in my makes. It wasn’t until one Christmas when we went all out and created lots of Christmas decorations for our first Christmas tree as a 3 that my husband suggested sharing them with people I might not know.

Where do you work from?

I work from my home studio alongside our bouncy Goldendoodle (Fin) and work on Ralphie & Fin in the evenings & weekends after I’ve finished my day job and mothering (although that never seems to stop!) and it’s something that really helps relax and tap into my creativity.
