Yes, absolutely. Every Ralphie & Fin piece is individually handmade to order, using air-dry clay and carefully selected embellishments. No two items are ever exactly the same—that’s part of their charm!

We’re proudly based in Gloucestershire, UK, and all of our items are made and shipped from here. We also offer free local delivery within selected postcodes.

What materials do you use?
We primarily use white air-dry clay, chosen for its matte, timeless finish and lightweight feel. Many pieces also feature gold leaf, tassels, or twine for added texture and elegance.
How do I personalise my item?
Each personalisation box allows you to add names or words—just be sure to double-check your spelling before submitting. Since everything is handmade and custom, we can't correct mistakes after the order is submitted.
Are the items durable and child‑friendly?
Our creations—like star tags, cloud decor, and garlands—are made from air‑dry clay and are not waterproof. They’re delicate by nature, so we recommend keeping them out of reach of children and away from moisture. Our Paint your own kits are more durable, and include child safe paints. We do however recommend supervising your children at all times and only allowing children of 3 years+ to use the paints and decorations. Once dried, we recommend keeping them out of reach of children and away from moisture.
What if I have a large or custom order?
We love collaborating on large events, including weddings, hen parties, christenings, and more. If you're planning something special, simply get in touch to discuss how we can craft something memorable just for you.

Where do you deliver too?
We only deliver in the UK at the moment, sorry! Within the UK we offer the option of free local delivery within a certain radius. You can check if you qualify for this when you input your postcode at the checkout. if you are just outside of the zone then please contact me as we may be able to arrange an alternative delivery or collection. Alternatively our rates available are below.
What are your delivery rates?
UK Only:
Orders under £25 are £2.95
Orders £25.00 - £75.00 are £4.95
Orders over £75 are Free
Local Delivery Fee: £1.
You can check if you qualify for local delivery when you input your postcode at the checkout. if you are just outside of the zone then please contact me as we may be able to arrange an alternative delivery or collection.
Please be aware there is a minimum spend of £5.00 on all orders.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for creation and delivery. We typically aim to fulfill orders faster, unless you're placing a large one—in that case, we’ll be in touch directly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Since each item is made to order, changes may not always be possible depending on production status.
What happens if there's an issue with my order?
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether that’s a replacement, adjustment, or alternative support.
